The rise of South Korean TV manufacturers continues to increase while Japanese firms continue to lose market share according to TrendForce
Samsung now maintains 22.8% market share, a 1.8% increase from 2013 which represents 215.2 million displays.
LG increased 1.2% to a market share of 14.9%
Sony was next with 6.8% followed by China's TCL Corp with 6.1% and Hinsense with 6%. The next Japanese firm was Sharp with 3.4%
