I have just got a UK PAL version of this which now has the same cover as the USAversion , it also has a DTS 5.0 track anda Dolby Digital 5.0, is this the same as theUSA version.many thanks.

Does your UK disc have the film's original intermission which is eliminated from the U.S. DVD?

No is does not have the Intermission.

Same transfer and most of the same extras. The only major difference is that the UK disc is single-sided (the US disc had all the extras on a single-layer on the other side of the disc).
