Ok, I got this idea from AICN where they are celebrating the year 1982 through the genre films. (geeky, Sci-fi, horror etc...)

"...BLADE RUNNER and E.T. and DEAD MEN DON’T WEAR PLAID and THE THING and STAR TREK II and POLTERGEIST and FIRST BLOOD and CONAN THE BARBARIAN and HALLOWEEN III and CREEPSHOW and 48 HRS. and THE DARK CRYSTAL and PINK FLOYD:THE WALL and TRON and FAST TIMES AT RIDGEMONT Hi...." Ok, not really a genre film but....
Maybe not all amazing films but man, that year was pretty amazing.

Well anyways, I've watched E.T. and TRON and am having a blast.
Gonna continue with the '82 festival....
Might go for Poltergeist next.
