It ends up that this is Disc 4 of the recently released 10 DVD set.

An eBaY seller is currently listing the 10-DVD set for $42.99. Free shipping and 100% positive feedback. Quantity says "almost gone." I took a chance, we'll see. I haven't seen it for anything close to that anywhere else.
