Hello RoundUppers!

Safe shopping this week!

The onslaught of horror releases continues as we near Halloween.

For me this week, the Blu of The Who: Tommy Live at Royal Albert Hall and the DVD of A Return from Grace. Probably Baby Driver sometime...(when there's a sale...or I find it used).

I also finally bit on The Bitter Tea of General Yen and will be getting that delivered this week (after a price drop on Amazon to $22.99).

Thanks for the prices, Mike, and for including the links to the reviews.

Nothing much for me this week apart from interest in how the Peanuts holiday specials look in 4K. Honestly, I can’t imagine that there would be that much of a difference between them and the Blu-rays I already have, but I’m waiting for reviews to let me know for sure.

I’ll eventually get Take the Money and Run, too.

Thanks, Mike. I've pre-ordered Sea Wolf.

Waiting on reviews of Take the Money and Run due to the hit and miss nature of some of Kino's releases. If good, I'll pick that up also since it is a funny film.

There's a couple things on sale at BB that are mildly interesting (LaLaLand and Hocus Pocus, for instance). The BF also mentioned wanting to see Nerve and that is part of a deal with LaLaLand...

Thanks, Mike, for your work, as always.

Nothing for me this week.

Baby Driver and The Beguiled later after price drops. They're good movies and I enjoyed them in the theater, but I don't feel the need to pay full price for them with Thanksgiving and holiday discounting right around the corner.

Possibly Dreamgirls at some point, but I really want to hear more details about how much new stuff there is in the cut, since if I get it it would be a triple dip on that title (after the DVD and a previous format upgrade to the original Blu-ray.)

Yep, that's why I mentioned it. I'm not 100% sure I really want to have it on the shelf, but it sticks out as one of those movies everyone likes/loves and I've never seen.
