I make the same constant mistake in my life: start to watch a show I want to focus on when I'm struggling to stay awake. Mea culpa, I fell asleep halfway through "Whistlespeak" last week. I woke up and promptly went back to the last thing I remembered seeing and managed to finish the episode...

Thou shalt not talk bad about Gwildor! :) (I'm kidding!) I'll believe this is going to be a movie when my butt is in the seat. Not before. I don't even care about the synopsis now...I'm not going to let my inner child get hyped and then die when it doesn't happen.

The first hour just bangs along...I kinda lost interest in the second hour. The laughs seemed to fall away and a lot of people were up and down in my screening at this point. The stunts and action are great; the theater was bouncing from the sound mix. Gosling does everything he can except break...

Going tonight. I had a ticket for the Wednesday Early Access, but my husband was in Charlotte for work unexpectedly and I needed to be able to get him from the airport. So tonight it is!

That. Is. Exactly. My. Problem. With. It. It's a boring episode with a lack of focus on the main characters. It's not a Trek episode even though it is the final episode of season two. I have zero love for this episode, really dislike they used it in Picard and is the "least" of all Trek season...

Sure, but that's not the standard I'm using. Any episode should be focused on the main characters with the guest stars being used to add seasoning to the story. "Assignment: Earth" is a Gary Seven show with Kirk and Spock thrown in to keep it Trek. Going back to Season 1..."Operation...
