DES is a British 3 part tv series that is about a gay serial killer in London in the late seventies and early eighties.He was said to have killed about 15 or more mostly gay young men in his flat. David Tennant plays DES and his performance is riveting. With each episode running 45 minutes , the series should have been a tv movie rather than a series. Fast moving and up there with the very best tv series that I have seen so far this year. An unmissable and truly flawless piece of television.
