Die Hard 25th and Oppo BDP-93 (1 Viewer)

I purchased the Die Hard 25th Anniversary Collection (mainly to get the Supplement disc) and have recently had a loading problem with my Oppo BDP-93. I performed the most recent firmware update in October and it had played fine prior to that. Just tried it a couple of days ago (hey, it's a Christmas movie) and I am getting a message on screen that says either "Not Support" or "Unknown Disc". The front panel says "Loading" but is clearly not doing that. I contacted Oppo Support and they were not much help (very unusual). They said 1, defective disc or 2 update firmware (which I had told them I did) or 3 use a lens cleaning kit. My questions are, has anyone else had this issue with this pressing and/or has anyone actually used a lens cleaning kit on an Oppo & which one? Thanks for listening!

I think you should check the disc first with some other BD players (friends, etc).
