Yep, like this movie a lot, as well. You can tell Roger Moore is having the time of his life, playing a bearded, grumpy, cat-loving misogynist with gusto. Some good action and suspense, too. Love how the poster has supposed Bond girl-types crawling all over him - very much not the vibe in the actual movie. There is a rather cute Scandanavian hostage played by Lea Brodie, though...

Do not forget also the excellent music score by Michael J Lewis and without it the movie would not have been so enjoyable. A CD composer promo is still available from specialist sellers.

I’d buy the Blu Ray for that one!!

Mgm released the dvd on for this film. It’s such an old disc that I have to change the picture ratio in the tv to get it right.

It would be great to see someone do a new Blu-ray transfer of the film.

It’s time for a Roger moore run of films again.

We just passed the 50th anniversary of “the persuaders “ too!
