I had a heck of a time getting the remote open, so I thought I'd post how to do it, and save someone the hassle of contacting Klipsch.

1. Place remote face down in palm of hand
2, Using ball of other hand, press down lightly, but with some force, while trying to slide the battery cover off with considerably more force
You had to just find the spot on the phone that does it. But it's much easier to do this way, since the ball of your hand can cover a pretty large area on the back cover of the remote.
This should get grabbed by the internet crawlers like Google or Bing.
