Law & Order seasons 3 to 15 and season 19 are available in HD on Amazon UK streaming video for about £12 per season.
For some bizarre reason seasons 16 to 18 are only in SD and 20 isn't available at all.
This is a pretty good price for a season.
I have bought season 9 and watched the first episode. The quality is good.
