Sorry to say it's not possible. LG's 2023 G3 has the new OLED panel and also the upgraded Micro Lens Array, MLA.

MLA naturally boosts the peak luminance of the RGB and White Sub-Pixels and the new OLED module is more energy efficient and the panel itself is 30% brighter before LG intergraded the MLA which makes the G2 significantly brighter with excellent color volume.

Also the new a9 Gen 6 processor has more memory to best manage the new algorithms for the increased dynamic tonal range (contrast) and enhanced color volume.

LG's C3 has the same new 2023 processor a9 Gen 6 processor that is also built into the G3.

LG's C3 will not get the MLA as this is the big step-up feature of the G3. The C3 does have LG Display's new 2023 OLED module so it's naturally 20% brighter and more energy efficient than the 2022 C2.

Does anyone know exactly what LGs TV updates do? The latest one.is 4.40.xx, but they never have any description on what they are actually updating.

Manufacturers do not list all of the firmware updates with what they fix and enhance. It's the legal department that restricts what they can say.

We were LG's first dealer to receive the G3 and they all have the latest 3.01.19 firmware.

One of my favorite LG product management gentleman spent most of the day with us today. We reviewed the few enhancements to make the G3 the best it can be. The items we asked for can be achieved with firmware updates and I expect a new firmware update to come shortly.

With that said the G3 is a significant upgrade in digital video display performance and the enhancements we asked for are very minimal. We're nick-pickers that look very critically and want everything to be as perfect. The 7 G3s we've personally opened and carefully examined are very close to what you would get from a professionally calibrated.

LG just shipped us the very first allocation of 55", 65", 77" and 83" C3 and the 77" and 83" G3 OLED TVs! We've had the 65" and 55" G3 for 2 weeks and all of our clients are loving this new 2023 G3 OLED TVs
