LG UM7300PUA 65” Lip Sync Issues- Audio AHEAD of Video (1 Viewer)

First things first- I’ve been away from this forum for many years, but now am back after recently upgrading most of my system.

Regardless of the merits (or demerits) of my system (yes, I’m aware of most of them-and too late),
I’m having issues that are really upsetting to me because I can’t figure it out and it makes me want to just chunk the whole thing.
Everything I’m reading when I Google tells me how to fix lip sync issue when the audio is behind the video.
Well, mine is just the opposite. The audio is AHEAD of the video. Can someone PLEASE help me fix this and thereby restore my joy in my hobby?

My TV: LG UM7300PUA 65”
Receiver: SONY STR-DH590
4K Blu-ray Player: Sony UBP X800M2
Speakers: JBL NORTHRIDGE SERIES (old, yes, but still pleases me)

You can always use a Felston DD740 Digital Audio Delay, or equal.
