Maranta sr7015 to amp help (1 Viewer)

Hello all, just bought a Marantz sr7015. I have the pre puts going to a Marantz 7055 amp. I’m only getting the subs to sound. Can you assist please?

I'm guessing that the sub is connected the receiver, so let's start with did you do this:

"Set “Assign Mode” to “Pre Amplifier” if connecting all channels to the Pre-out connectors using an external amplifier. (p. 236)."
