There is the 2007 release at 394 minutes and, according to Amazon, a 2016 release at 383. Does anyone have the 2016 version? Is it complete?

Good question. The 393 minute version is the four part mini series which aired in the US. The 194 minute version is most likely the version sold overseas in a truncated movie form. While incomplete, I do recall the shorter version did contain mild nudity when I rented a VHS copy.

That's the version I have too. I believe it is complete. I saw this when it originally aired and nothing stood out as missing to me when I watched the DVD.
