Hello all,
Closing on a new home in two weeks. Exciting times. I purchased a 4k 65'' LG TV about a month ago that's still sitting in the box. I'd like to use the 300$ gift card to buy a 5.1 setup from Dell.
I'm a complete newbie when it comes to this sort of thing so please pardon my mistakes.
Questions:
1. Are there actually completely wireless speakers out there? (Are they "satelite" ?) ---The few I'm seeing for the rear speakers are speakers that connect to some sort of box hub, so technically to me. This isn't wireless. As wires do go to them.
2. I know I won't get any top of the line system, and that's okay, I'm no fanatic about this sort of thing. But I know that practically any system is better than standard TV speakers, ya?
3. Here are the few that I've found on the Dell website. Not sure which is the best, what are some important specs to look for?
Vizio: SB3851-D0
Vizio: SB4051-C0
Samsung: HT-J5500W/ZA
LG: BH5140S
Sony: BDVE3100
Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated
