When first released in October 2017 the Season 5 labelled box set and discs actually contained Season 4 episodes
Not seen this info easily elsewhere and I've been holding off buying this fifth and final season set until I found this info this weekend.
The wrong discs where all the box sets should have been recalled is under
UPC 741952838692
The corrected discs are reissued under UPC 741952844297.
In addition to asking all retailers to send them back Sony has provided an email address and phone number for customers who bought the incorrect set
Consumer Care team at :

The issue now is to find and be sent the re-issued corrected discs. On Amazon old UPC 741952838692 and new UPC 741952844297 both link to item B0756N6MY2
