Wall mount that FOLDS vertically? (1 Viewer)

Hi! I need a TV wall mount where the arm ”folds” / ”swings” vertically rather than the common horizontally. Imagine a normal wall mount, but it operates as if it was rotated 90 degrees from its intended orientation before you screwed it to the wall.

I hope it makes sense. I’ve been searching for so many hours without success. Finally emailed a retailer a couple of weeks ago and he just straight up didn’t understand me and stopped responding when I tried to explain how I ment.

Why would it be ”physically” impossible? All you would need is either enough resistance in the arm joint or a locking mechanism.

As Sam said, either "Above Fireplace TV mount" or try "Pull Down TV Mount".

Me too. I thought he was asking for a mount that would let the TV turn 90-degrees with its screen at the ceiling. That’s why I thought I’d better clarify what was going on the mounting structure!
