This morning I entered all four codes to the Indiana Jones films into my iTunes library via Paramount Movies redeem site.

All the codes were recognized, but only three of the four movies actually made it to my iTunes library even though I was certain to select Apple TV/iTunes as my choice for redeem.

Now the code that is missing won't redeem anymore.


What are the chances of getting this corrected?

I did send an email to Apple Support. Not sure what they can do. Has anyone had a similar situation and gotten a replacement code?

If you started the redeem process with Paramount site then you might want to contact them too.

It’s possible that one title might show up in your iTunes later on.

Yeah, the Paramount site seems to be the better option, I think.

I just sent their support team a ticket. I had to include a lot of photos including the BestBuy receipt, front and back of the box, UPC code on the box, and the digital code inside.

I am pretty confident this will get sorted out and I'll follow up on the results here.

Apple did refer me to Paramount Support

I have not heard back from Paramount Support so far

However...

On my Apple TV app on my iPhone, I can see all four movies redeemed.

That still, after 7 hours, has not synced with my Apple TV app on my other devices.

So, it looks like they were all redeemed but there is an issue syncing that information across all my devices right now.

By the way...(cough!)...that worked. Now all four movies are synced.
