TBH, I think Amazon forgot about your preorder too as I’d seen this title listed in-stock a few times over the last several months.

My Amazon copy finally arrived via USPS and I watched it last night.

Having never seen it before I found it mildly entertaining but fairly corny. It did occur to me that their was a surprising difference in age between the lead actor and his love interest (24 years I think) and like a lot of older movies, people fall in love on a dime, change their minds without any signs of inner turmoil. I'd probably rate it a 5.8/10 (as opposed to the 6.9 on imdb).

I thought the picture quality was mostly ok, sometimes great. While I'm a person who is stimulated by color, I seem to prefer B&W movies when it comes to older movies.
