With the imminent release in theaters of a documentary on Hal Ashby "HAL", Is there a chance that one of his best films , THE LANDLORD will finally be released on Blu Ray?

Would love to see Al Kooper involved in this release. I still have the vinyl record of his great score for THE LANDLORD.

Yeah, it got released on BD, on in DTS MA, but as usual, those blockheads at Kino did a 16 rather than a 24 bit audio transfer.

It’s a really nice Blu and I really doubt there would be any meaningful difference between 24 and 16 on that mono track.
