microSDHC class questions (1 Viewer)

I was wandering if the difference between a class 4 and 6 or 6 and 10 is that much of an improvement to justify the cost increase. I have been looking at some microSDHC class 10 cards and was wondering if they are that much better performance wise over say the 8 or 6.

The class only has bearing on how fast the data writes to the card. Read rates are the same regardless of class. Frankly, there isn't any reason to get anything higher than class 2 for the phone since the one that came with it is class 2 and they aren't going to make any app or process require anything higher.

Maybe in some future phone a class 4 or 6 may be needed for high bitrate HD recording, but that's for another generation.
