S Video or SCART for Sat TV? (1 Viewer)

I have been told my projector would look better through scart rather than s video for my Satelite digital TV.
Is this true and would it really be that noticable? i have just spent almost $4000 having my system hooked up by professionals with all the cabling through the ceiling. If this is true I cant understand why the installers did not recommend scart over s video? There is not component on the sat decoder only s video and scart.

I don't believe you're going to notice a huge difference between the 2 connections. Both are analog, and on a projector, the PQ should look about the same.
