I recently upgraded from 5.1.2 to 5.1.4 and I'm wondering if moving my rear heights will improve atmos. My room is small as well, only 14x12x8'.
My front heights are built into my onkyo fronts, but I have the onkyo skh410's for rear heights. I currently have them mounted on the walls to the left and right of the the MLP. They're 18" from the back wall, and 15" from the ceiling. Since my MLP isn't very far from side walls, i went with a short distance from ceiling.
Do you think they need to be further from the ceiling?
