I only know of the UK release, which could be region free/multi-region.

When were the two Bob Hope collections put on Blu-Ray? One has Road to Rio and Road to Bali and the other has My Favorite Brunette and Son of Paleface.

Neither is listed as being absent, but I'm unaware of any of the four movies having appeared on Blu-Ray (The upcoming release of Road to Hong Kong to the best of my knowledge will be the first of the Road movies to appear on this format).
